Oxley sits right on my doorstep. It's a mixed south-west pocket along the Ipswich railway line and Oxley Road - a station-side shopping strip, light-industrial and workshop units toward the creek, trades and home-based businesses through the streets, and a steady layer of small professional offices and clinics. Most of these run lean: a few laptops, Microsoft 365, a job or practice management app, and nobody whose actual job is IT.
