Most businesses assume their email works because Outlook opens. One of the most common problems I find is a shared address like accounts@ that quietly rejects or misroutes outside mail, and nobody knows.
This check tests the addresses you rely on, looks at how each one is set up, and compares what you pay Microsoft or Google with what your team actually uses. You get a short written report. Nothing is changed without your approval, and if you go ahead with any fix or a managed plan within 30 days, the fee comes off that bill.

This page is my written record of what the pack includes at this price. If something is not listed, it is not in the pack, and I quote it before I do it.
What you get
- Up to 5 important addresses tested from outside the business (accounts@, info@, sales@, admin@ and one more)
- Shared mailbox, group, alias and forwarding settings checked for each one
- Delivery records reviewed where the platform keeps them (90 days in Microsoft 365)
- Up to 10 users' Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences compared with what they actually use
- Overlapping subscriptions and accounts nobody needs flagged, with the likely saving
- A plain-English report: what's working, what needs attention, what to do next and in what order
- The $295 comes off the bill if you take up any fix, clean-up or managed plan within 30 days of the report
Not included
- Fixing what the check finds. Routing fixes, licence clean-ups and migrations are quoted separately, before any work
- A full security audit (that's the Security Deep-Dive Audit) or ongoing email monitoring
- A guarantee that every past delivery problem is found. Delivery records only go back so far
Listed so there are no surprises. Anything outside this scope gets a written quote first, never a surprise invoice.
What I’ll need from you
- One business domain and one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment (more addresses or a second domain are quoted)
- Read-only admin access, or an admin who can share screens for 30 minutes
- The list of addresses that matter, and a recent software bill or two
- Someone who can confirm the test emails arrived
