Free data breach check

Have your staff logins been leaked?

Every week another service gets breached, and work email addresses and passwords end up traded online. If anyone on your team reuses passwords, one old leak is an open door into your business. Enter your domain and see what’s already out there.

  • · Breached logins linked to your domain
  • · Plus your email and website security, graded
  • · Plain English — no scare tactics, just facts

Free, instant, no signup. Leads with breached logins — the full security scan comes with it.

Why it matters

Attackers don’t break in. They log in.

Most business account takeovers start with a password that leaked from somewhere else entirely. Criminals take breach dumps, try the same email-and-password combos against Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and get in without tripping a single alarm.

That’s why this check matters even if your own systems have never been breached. Your exposure is the sum of every third-party site your team ever signed up to with a work email.

Combo lists like this are replayed against Microsoft 365 and Google sign-ins within hours of surfacing. Passwords masked — the copies being traded aren’t.

What a breach-index lookup returns for a typical small business (illustrative — passwords masked, business fictional).

Common questions

Breach checks, answered straight.

How do staff logins end up in data breaches?

Staff sign up to third-party sites with their work email — LinkedIn, Canva, Dropbox, industry forums. When one of those services is breached, the email and password leak. If anyone reuses that password on their work account, attackers can walk straight in.

What does this breach check actually search?

It searches publicly known breach datasets for logins linked to your business domain — the same sources attackers use. It reports how many breached logins were found; it never displays the passwords themselves.

We found breached logins — what now?

Don't panic, but do act: change the affected passwords, turn on multi-factor authentication everywhere, and stop password reuse with a password manager. If you want it done properly, my Security Deep-Dive Audit covers all of this with a prioritised fix plan.

Is this free and private?

Yes. Free, instant, no signup. The scan runs against your domain only — we don't collect the results or add you to any list.
